Director of Faith Formation

The Church of Saint Joseph is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Director of Faith Formation.  This ten-month position is responsible for coordinating a comprehensive faith formation and sacramental preparation program for a Catholic community of 1,200 households.  Other responsibilities include recruiting and training volunteers, supervising staff, and evaluating program curricula.  Qualifications are a minimum of a BA in theology, strong communication, planning and administrative skills, and be a practicing Catholic of good character and deep faith. The preferred candidate will have a Master’s degree in pastoral ministry or scripture and three years of experience. Please send cover letter, resume, and three letters of recommendation to:
