Implementation

The official date for implementation of the new Mass texts is November 27, 2011. Beginning with the weekend Masses of the First Sunday of Advent in 2011, much of what we hear and say during the Mass will sound different.

To help parishioners understand the changes, the Office of Worship will be presenting a series of presentations throughout the Saint Cloud Diocese.Date and location details are posted on the bulletin board in the east entrance of the church and available online at: http://www.stcdio.org/offices/worship.html .

Information about the Mass text changes can be found in the Liturgy Spotlight section of the Church of Saint Joseph weekly bulletins beginning October 24, 2010.We plan to include new formational information every week until the implementation date. To read all of the installments to date, simply progress through each successive bulletin in the archive. They are included in each week’s “Liturgy Spotlight” column of the bulletin.
